Sod Repair in Durham, NC

This is one of our seasonal clients — we handle her property multiple times a year, so this visit combined a few things instead of being a one-off install. The front yard had a section that wasn't worth trying to save, so rather than sodding the whole yard we cut out just that patch, graded it, and laid new sod to blend in with the surrounding grass instead of charging her for a full front yard she didn't need. While we were out there we did a full leaf cleanup, blowing everything down into the beds and hauling it off so the lawn was clear going into fall, and refreshed the mulch in her beds as part of her regular seasonal service. It's a good example of what a maintenance relationship looks like versus a one-time job — we're not just mowing, we're catching problem areas before they spread and keeping the property dialed in year-round.
